The Researcher
Dr. Robert Meaux has over 30 years experience as a genealogist and historical researcher. He specializes in genealogy work in Texas, and also in historical research in Texas and Harris County in particular. His primary vocation is education, having taught at every level of education in Texas (elementary, middle school, high school, community college, 4-year university). He works for the Humble independent School District as the Student Information Systems Coordinator.
He holds six college degrees:

Dr. Meaux has served in many volunteer leadership positions, including:

Dr. Meaux is also a co-owner and programmer for an education software company, Systemic Educational Technology, which publishes district and campus planning software, SET2PLAN (www.set2plan.com).
